Five resorts in Las Vegas are now offering preferred rates to curling fans still planning to attend the 2014 World Financial Group Continental Cup of Curling at the Orleans Arena January 16-19, after all the rooms at the host hotel (The Orleans Hotel and Casino) were sold out.
The World Curling Federation (WCF) is inviting potential hosts to submit their interest in international curling events scheduled over the next three years. Hosting a WCF event can generate substantial benefits, not only for the host city, country and Member Association, but also for the many people involved in curling events.
Following approval by the World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) Executive Committee, the 2014 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods is now available.

The World Curling Federation (WCF) and Japan Curling Association announced today that the Tsukisamu Gymnasium in Sapporo, Japan will host the World Women’s Curling Championship in 2015. The championship will take place between 14-22 March 2015 on the northern island of Hokkaido in Japan, where Sapporo is situated.

25 Mixed gender teams from around Europe will compete in the European Mixed Curling Championship 2013, which gets underway on Saturday 14 September in Edinburgh, Scotland. The championship will be held at Murrayfield Curling Rink and will run until Saturday 21 September when the Semi-finals will take place at 10:00 and gold and bronze medal games at 15:00.
