Korea women win gold at home Pacific-Asia Curling Championships 2016

Korea women have won the Pacific-Asia Curling Championships 2016 at the Uiseong Curling Training Center, in Uiseong, Korea, after Saturday (12 November) morning’s final. The host nation skipped by Eunjung Kim – and made up of third Kyeong-Ae Kim, second Seonyeong Kim, lead Yeongmi Kim and alternate Chohi Kim – beat China in the final 5-3 to claim the gold medals.

Biggest Pacific-Asia Championships ready for action

The 26th edition of the Pacific-Asia Curling Championship (PACC) will begin this weekend (5-12 November) in Korea - the host country for the 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games - with a record 17 teams taking part.  This is the first of three World Curling Federation (WCF) championships to be held in Korea this season.

World Wheelchair-B Curling Championship begins Friday

The second ever World Wheelchair-B Curling Championship (WWhBCC) will begin this weekend (4–10 November) in Lohja, Finland, with a record 16 teams taking part. The Kisakallio Sports Institute will play host to the event for a second year. The teams taking part are split into two groups: Group A: England, Israel, Italy, Scotland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden and newcomers Turkey.
